iPhone Solves World Hunger
OK, maybe not world hunger, but it can route you to a restaurant, or a grocery store.
Here are some new ways I've found to use my iPhone:
1. The kids can watch Nemo, Dora, or any other kids program at anytime via YouTube. This is especially helpful when you're trying to keep the kids occupied in the grocery store - or in a pinch, when they're screaming in the backseat and you just can't take it anymore.
2. No need for Satelite Radio, Pandora streaming internet radio offers an endless stream of free music from any genre. We listen to it in the car, and at home, just by plugging it into our home stereo system.
Savings, $30+ /mo
3. No need for a GPS, the google maps app seamlessly guides us on our journeys, displaying real-time traffic information and data about our surrounding areas.
So for example, our stomachs tell us we're hungry. I turn on google maps, the gps finds our current location. I tap search, and type in the kind of restaurant or the exact restaurant I'm looking for. It appears as a pin on the screen, I can tap more info to go to their website, or call them to see how long the wait is.
Then maps will route us to the restaurant, where our hunger is eradicated.
Savings $200+
